The Tall City Blues Fest announced its 2023 lineup this week. This year’s event will take place on Sept. 24 at The Destination Midland.General admission pre-sale tickets are $20 per person, and VIP All-Access are $125, which includes an invitation to the VIP Kick-Off Party, complimentary food truck service from some of the vendors, VIP deck area, special reserve bar, executive style bathrooms and VIP merch. Founders and friends of the festival get a special pricing on upgrading to VIP.
